Research Interest
I am a multidisciplinary education researcher and teacher educator whose work focuses on teacher learning and the development of equitable pedagogical practices in mathematics and science education. My research examines how teachers come to understand, enact, and sustain pedagogies that promote equity, inclusion, and meaningful participation for diverse learners. I work with both pre-service and in-service teachers, with particular attention to collaborative professional learning contexts. My current research explores how mathematics and science teachers engage in collective inquiry to design, refine, and implement equitable instructional practices within their classrooms, and how these practices shape teaching, learning, and student participation.
